Manufrance's individual stoneware cups are the perfect accompaniment to your favorite parsley butter snail recipes, ensuring perfect cooking and an elegant presentation of this iconic French dish! They come in packs of 12 and are handcrafted in France.

Manufrance individual snail cups are ideal for cooking, serving and eating snails. They are made of natural stoneware, a material that retains heat longer and diffuses it to keep the snails and the parsley butter that accompanies them warm after coming out of the oven. These small snail cups (or snail pots) can also be used for other purposes, for example to put condiments on a table (salt, pepper, aromatic herbs, etc.) or shellfish such as whelks or periwinkles. Cup for one snail suitable for oven cooking. Sold in packs of 12. Washing: after use, soak the cups in soapy water then rinse them once or twice in water with white vinegar to remove the smell of the stuffing (garlic). Made in France.

    Know-how

Manufrance natural stoneware snail pots are traditionally made using traditional methods and traditional know-how: they are hand-shaped and then fired at a very high temperature (1260°). This stoneware is of the highest quality and is particularly strong and robust. Its firing process makes it non-porous, ensuring perfect vitrification, diffusing and retaining heat.
