We, MANUFRANCE, process personal data as data controller in connection with your use of the website www.manufrance.fr and the services we offer on it. This privacy policy is addressed to and enforceable against visitors to the website www.manufrance.fr (hereinafter the "website"), users of the services offered on the website, and customers making purchases on the website in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale.

Regarding your credit card payment data: We only collect the payment method used to place your order on the website. By credit card: Payment is made on the secure banking servers of our partner (BRA). This means that no banking information about you passes through the website. Payment by credit card is therefore secure, in accordance with applicable regulations. Credit card details are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the Bank. We do not have access to these details under any circumstances and we do not store them on our servers. This is why you must provide your card details with each new order on the website.
