Manufrance's new "Aventure" model is a folding knife with modern, pure, and dynamic lines that retains its historic qualities of reliability and robustness. Lightweight and compact, it will fit equally well on your table or in your pocket! It is available in 3 finishes.

The blade of the Aventure Manufrance knife is made of special 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel. After cutting, it undergoes a heat treatment ensuring the best compromise between hardness and resistance. The grind (cutting part) is flat over the entire height of the blade. After polishing, it is marked with the Manufrance logo. The result is a blade with exceptional qualities: solid, sharp and easy to sharpen. The handle is made of wood, solid, resistant and very easy to maintain. Screwed onto the handle. Forced notch closing system: strong simultaneous pressure on the back of the blade and on the handle allows the knife to be folded. Total length unfolded: 19.5cm and 11cm folded. Comes with a full-grain leather sheath in Licorice color, made in France. Snap button closure, black microfiber lining, belt loop on the back, tricolor ribbon, saddle stitching and Manufrance embossed marking on the front. Dimensions of the closed sheath: 4x13 cm. approximately. Knife care advice: Do not put in the dishwasher! Wash your knife by hand under running hot water and dry it immediately. You can occasionally oil the wood of the handles with a little vegetable oil to revive their shine. Sharpen with a whetstone or a steel steel. Case care advice: Dust with a dry microfiber cloth, clean with a special leather soap or milk, and condition it with a specific leather care product. Origin: 100% French manufacturing.

    The Manufrance "Aventure" knife is made in France by one of our partner cutlers in the Thiers basin in Puy de Dôme, one of the leading centers of French cutlery. We created this knife together so that it meets your requirements for use and quality. Its manufacture scrupulously follows all the major traditional stages of knife making: steel cutting, heat treatment, tempering, grinding, polishing, individual shaping of the handles and assembly. This work is largely carried out by hand with the precision and finesse of professionals perpetuating and transmitting their unique know-how. From its design to its manufacture, we are committed to putting in your hands a unique, beautiful and useful object carrying values ​​and meaning, witnesses to a history turned towards a future respectful of the work of men and nature.     The case made in France proudly displays its blue, white, and red origins on the side! It is handmade by a leather craftsman perpetuating his know-how from generation to generation! The "licorice" colored leather used is a full-grain leather of French origin. This is the original and noble surface of the skin, retaining its roughness and characteristics, making each case a unique and artisanal product. It features a traditional "saddle stitch" stitching made by hand: this solid stitching designed more than a century ago by harness makers, harness makers, and saddlers to make harness parts for working horses meets a desire for solidity, making it virtually indestructible. Secure closure with a snap button and belt loop on the back for safe transport.
