The new "Aventure" model from Manufrance is a folding knife with modern, pure and dynamic lines, retaining its historical qualities of reliability and robustness. Lightweight and compact, it will find its place both on your table and in your pocket! It is available in 3 finishes. The blade of the Manufrance Aventure knife is made of a special 12C27 Sandvik stainless steel. After cutting, it undergoes a heat treatment ensuring the best compromise between hardness and resistance. The grind (cutting part) is flat over the entire height of the blade. After polishing, it is marked with the Manufrance logo. The result is a blade with exceptional qualities: solid, sharp and easy to sharpen. The handle is made of wood, solid, resistant and very easy to maintain. Screwed onto the handle. Forced notch closing system: strong simultaneous pressure on the back of the blade and on the handle allows the knife to be folded. Care advice: Do not put in the dishwasher! Wash your knife by hand under running warm water and dry it immediately. You can occasionally oil the wood of the handles with a little vegetable oil to revive their shine.
