The Manufrance cutting board is your daily companion in the kitchen for all your cutting needs: fruits, vegetables, herbs, meats, fish, and much more! Made from a single piece of wood, without glue to prevent peeling when washed, and made from untreated, non-chlorine-bleached French ash wood. The end of the Manufrance cutting board is waxed to prevent moisture from penetrating the wood grain. Can also be used as a presentation board, an aperitif board, or a serving board. Available in 2 sizes: 30x13cm or 40x19cm.

Care instructions: Rub the board with a cloth soaked in cooking oil before first use to protect it from stains. Afterwards, wash with a little soapy water and let it air dry. Not dishwasher safe.     In collaboration with a local craftsman expert in woodworking (manufacturing small wooden objects intended for home furnishing and equipment or decoration) we have designed an essential kitchen utensil that can be found in all kitchens: the Manufrance meat board. It is made from beech wood, a solid, robust, resistant and durable wood benefiting from dual PEFC and FSC certification. The woods used comply with sustainable and responsible forest management procedures. This high-quality wood has not undergone any chemical treatment since it is unbleached and not treated with chlorine. This meat board is made from a single piece of wood (monobloc) without glue and therefore does not risk coming off. It is paraffin-coated to prevent any rising damp during cleaning and to protect the board from any risk of warping. Finally, it has two splendid plates that enhance the whole: a tricolor cockade synonymous with made in France and a Manufrance plate on the edge with corrosion-resistant brass nails. This product also benefits from the Origine France Garantie label, guaranteeing 100% French manufacturing: control of supplies, manufacturing, societal and environmental standards.
